Step 1:
Give us a call, or send an email and we will get back to you. It's here when we discuss your initial requirements. What type of insulation you need, water or electric based heating, do you need screed as well? All of these priliminary questions will assist us in designing a system to suit you, and your property. Alternatively you can write to us and tell us your requirements
Step 2:
The next phase is to send us your drawings, these can either be posted to us, or emailed, or faxed if necessary. We can then take the measurements we need and start to produce a quotation.
Step 3:
Once you have received our quotation, and given us the go ahead we will convert it into an order, arranging a time-frame and scheduling the different parts of the job.
Step 4:
The installation. Depending on your requirements, we will be round to install the insulation on the floor and the edging insulation, plastic line the floors, lay the pipework or electric cable and get everything hooked up for you - once it is all thouroughly tested and checked we will then return to pump the liquid, self-levelling screed onto the system, within 24 hours you will be able to walk on your new screeded floor.
Step 5:
We always like to check up and make sure everything is working as you would expect, if we havent already we can explain how the system is operated, and guide you through programming the heating system.
